The first non-stop challenge on the River Roe, Northern Ireland will take place shortly

When you mention challenges to people it can conjure up all manner of perceptions and ideas.  It can also conjure up fear and anxiety.

Are these thoughts rational?  Yes, they probably are.  For most challenges you will be taken out of your comfort zones and you will ask yourself to carry out tasks that you would normally shy away from, and in most cases you would be right to do so.

The level of challenge that people will attempt depends on many things such as personal or team fitness, ability, determination, mindset and much more.  However, one thing that must be remembered - it does not matter how far, how hard, how high, how long - if you have challenged yourself then you have already won.

These pages are for those of you who would like to share your experiences with others with the hope that you can encourage other people to do the same.

Click HERE to get in touch so that we can set up a page to show your challenge.  This facility is free to all challengers.
